You are the architect of efficiency for GoTeam’s internal systems. Your role exists to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks by designing and maintaining high-performance automated workflows that connect our various business platforms. You don’t just "suggest" improvements; you own the technical integration of APIs and LLMs to ensure our internal operations scale without increasing headcount.
This is a technical, delivery-focused role requiring a builder’s mindset. You will be expected to ship five functional workflows per month while maintaining a sub-5% error rate. It is best suited for engineers who enjoy the challenge of connecting disparate systems and translating complex business requirements into elegant, automated logic.
YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
2+ years of experience in technical automation, systems integration, or software development.
Proficiency in Automation Platforms: Direct experience building complex, multi-step workflows in Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
Technical Skillset: Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and data transformation (JSON), with the ability to write custom scripts in JavaScript or Python.
AI Fluency: Practical experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into automated processes to enhance decision-making.
Structural Constraints: Ability to work fully onsite in Cebu IT Park for the first 90 days, transitioning to a 3-day onsite hybrid schedule thereafter.

Optimization & Reliability You ensure that automation is a source of stability, not a source of errors. Monitor existing workflows to maintain a 90% on-time delivery rate and less than 5% error rate. Execute regular performance audits to improve processing speeds by at least 20%.
Stakeholder Enablement You bridge the gap between technical automation and the people who use it. Lead monthly training sessions to ensure internal teams can effectively utilize new automation tools. Document all technical logic and process maps to ensure long-term system continuity.
