Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employ

Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verification
Solving specific enquiries pertaining to background verification as and when requested
Flagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisation
Maintaining track of cases for future reference
Collecting information and generating within the required time frame.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in background verification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a keen eye for noticing discrepancies
