Role & seniority: Software System Test Engineer (entry to junior/mid level; 1+ year experience preferred)
Stack/tools: Automotive embedded systems; CAN/LIN networks; CANoe/CANalyzer; scripting in Perl/Python; ECU hardware modification; PCB soldering (preferred)
Perform software and system testing per requirements and work products
Develop test cases, high-level designs, detailed specs, and select regression tests
Build and maintain test automation; document results; report issues; participate in reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, E&T, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field; 1+ year relevant experience
Fundamental knowledge of automotive microcontrollers, embedded systems, CAN/LIN
Basic CAN tools experience (CANoe/CANalyzer); basic Perl/Python scripting
Basic English (verbal/written); strong teamwork and reporting
Hardware experience including ECU modification and PCB soldering
Prior testing-focused mindset and quality-oriented approach
Location & work type: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; on-site/full-time role with potential onsite travel (benefits note travel to 54 countries)
