Your new role As the QA/Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of a suite of web and mobile applications. You will analyse business and technical requirements, build out test scenarios, and execute testing across iOS, Android, and browser‑based platforms. Working closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, you'll carry out functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, while managing defects through tools such as Jira and Zephyr. You'll also maintain clear documentation, support Agile ceremonies, assist with release cycles, and perform post‑deployment validation.
What you'll need to succeed Hands‑on experience testing both web and mobile applications Solid understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and SDLC Experience with functional/system testing and exposure to automation frameworks Familiarity with mobile testing tools, device farms, emulators, or simulators Confidence working with defect tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Basic knowledge of API testing Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and clear communication Highly regarded skills include experience with AEM testing, exposure to Selenium/Java automation, knowledge of CI/CD workflows, and familiarity with cloud‑based testing platforms.
