Role & seniority: QA Automation Tester (mid–senior level) focused on payments systems
Stack/tools: Java Selenium WebDriver; Appium; Cucumber (BDD); API testing; CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo); test management (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr); payment gateways / transaction flows; PCI-DSS concepts
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for payment apps, APIs, and mobile payment solutions
Build and execute automated test suites; analyze results; report defects; integrate tests into CI/CD
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, define automation strategies, maintain reusable frameworks, and perform API testing of payment services
Automation testing experience in the payments domain
Proficiency with Java Selenium WebDriver
Hands-on Appium experience; Cucumber for BDD
API testing knowledge; experience with test management tools; CI/CD tooling
Understanding of PCI-DSS and secure payment processing; Agile environment

Our challenge We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Tester with expertise in payments systems and hands-on experience in automation testing using Java Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and security of our payment solutions through comprehensive automation testing.
Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $80k - $90k/year & benefits (see below).
