Ability to focus on continual improvement practices using causal analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions.
Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments.
Willingness/ability to travel to support program issues/needs as they arise.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and support engineering activities related to special process surveys and supplier issues.
Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
Ability to obtain a clearance.

You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Team. Our team is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems that ensure product excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for shaping and safeguarding the quality of our materials and finished products throughout the production lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and production equipment. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to establish and enforce quality standards. Desired Skills
Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical blueprint reading, critical design attributes and auditing/surveying capabilities.
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
ASQ CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) and / or CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate).
SAP Application Experience.
IPC/J-STD, GD&T familiarity.
First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 experience.
Special Process Engineering Experience.
Strong problem solving skills, corrective action and causal analysis techniques.
Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support the assignment.
