Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. Write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Perform manual testing to validate new features and ensure overall product stability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution. Debug, analyze, and report defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps. Ensure product performance, reliability, and scalability through automated and manual testing practices. Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices in testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest. Experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts: test planning, bug lifecycle, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Proficiency in version control systems (Git preferred). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
