Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (W2 Only).

Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (W2 Only)

Job Location: Fully Remote (PST)

Work Schedule: Remote

Pay Rate: $47/hour,Based on experience.

Shift: Monday - Friday 08 AM - 05 PM

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
  • The ideal candidate will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
  • Validate the migration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice from Genesys and Salesforce Experience Cloud from AEM.
  • Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
  • Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
  • Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
