Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (W2 Only)

Job Location: Fully Remote (PST)

Work Schedule: Remote

Pay Rate: $47/hour,Based on experience.

Shift: Monday - Friday 08 AM - 05 PM

Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
The ideal candidate will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
Validate the migration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice from Genesys and Salesforce Experience Cloud from AEM.
Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
