Role Summary Hands-on automation and technical support role responsible for building automated test scripts, supporting regression automation, and serving as the first point of contact for system-related issues across on‑prem and SaaS environments.
Responsibilities Develop automated test scripts for UI and API testing Review regression scenarios with senior automation engineers to determine automation feasibility Serve as initial point of contact for system, hardware, software, and user account issues Support and maintain on‑prem and SaaS systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to configuration, system administration, and infrastructure Participate in onsite meetings; review enhancement requests and troubleshoot when needed Act as technical liaison with system vendors; support upgrades and validate changes with users Work directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve application/tool issues Meet SLAs for incident tickets
Requirements Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-platform environments Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail; commitment to quality SQL experience for report generation and data testing Experience working with internal/external support teams Customer service experience; able to manage demanding situations Knowledge of APIs/Services (or willingness to learn)
