Role: Lead Penetration Tester

Location(s): Stockholm, Malmö, Göteborg (hybrid 1-2 days pw)

Salary: 70,000 - 85,000 SEK per month (DOE)

Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Private-Equity backed Consultancy that are in a rapid phase of growth across their whole Global Cyber Security Division. They are searching for a Penetration Testing specialist who will be taking full strategic responsibility over their Pentesting function.

You will be

• Leading and performing advanced manual penetration tests across applications, APIs, cloud, infrastructure, and AD.
• Establishing structured testing cycles aligned with vulnerability management.
• Defining the right balance between automated and manual testing.
• Supporting secure SDLC, threat modelling, and security reviews.
• Developing methodology, ensure quality, and mentor colleagues.
• Presenting findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

You will need

• Experience managing or leading a penetration testing function before is highly desired
• Extensive experience in manual application security testing (OWASP, API security, authentication/authorisation, logic flaws).
• Proven ability to lead engagements end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on expertise with testing tools and scripting.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
