Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile apps; select appropriate tools/frameworks; ensure functional/regression/performance coverage
Create detailed test cases and collaborate with developers to validate requirements and workflows
Perform manual testing (exploratory, usability, compatibility), log defects, and participate in sprint rituals; contribute to QA process improvements
2–3 years in web/mobile automation testing
Proven automation scripting for web and mobile; proficiency with Selenium, Appium, TestNG (or equivalents)

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
Identify appropriate tools and frameworks for test automation.
Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases for applications.
Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and workflows.
Perform exploratory, usability, and compatibility testing as needed.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in automation testing.
Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.
2-3 years of proven experience in web and mobile automation testing.
