🔧 Your Mission As part of our Hardware Integration team, you ensure that electronics, mechanics, firmware, and software work together flawlessly. You are our expert in understanding complex system interactions and make sure our instruments are tested intelligently, robustly, and reliably.
🔥 Your Responsibilities
> Safeguard system quality: Ensure that embedded software and hardware interact smoothly and reliably.
> Test creatively: Develop smart, system‑level test concepts — not just ticking off scripts but truly understanding the system.
> Analyze logs & data: Listen to what the system is “telling” you and translate findings into actionable improvements.
> Work cross‑functionally: Take ownership of issues from discovery to final resolution while collaborating with multiple teams.
> Bridge R&D and Production: Connect teams and provide technical support during complex troubleshooting phases.
> Own quality: Deliver validated, high‑quality work packages for Service & Operations.
⭐ Must‑Haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering 5–7+ years of testing experience at the intersection of hardware & software Strong Linux skills + solid background in test automation Systematic, curious mindset — you want to understand what’s happening “under the hood” Fluent English, German is a strong plus
