Your Job
We are seeking a skilled Automation & Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Playwright automation and manual testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate should have strong expertise in UI Automation using Playwright with Typescript/JavaScript along with solid understanding of QA processes, CI/CD integration and modern testing practices.
What You Will Do
Understand software requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases. Design, Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright tool. Build and enhance automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript. Create reusable test utilities and Page Object Models Perform cross-browser testing Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) Execute regression, smoke and sanity test suites Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams Identify, log and track defects using JIRA Analyze test results and generate reports· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in UI test automation. Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or related.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern. Understanding of software testing fundamentals (test cases, test plans, bug lifecycle, etc.). Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
