At SABO Mobile IT, you get real freedom, and with that freedom comes responsibility. We want to rely on you to think, experiment and take ownership.

Our software runs in real production environments and interacts with hardware and real-world processes ⚙️. Things behave differently outside the happy path.

The hardware lab is located in our Prague office, and regular on-site presence is required (typically at least 3 days per week). This is not a remote-only role.

Automation is a core part of this role. You will design and build automated tests using PyTest, Robot Framework, Appium or similar tools.

But testing does not stop at the keyboard. Sometimes you might

• 3D print a stand
• build a quick physical setup
• simulate sensor behavior
• connect devices that were never meant to work together
• tweak something small to understand the system faster
• inject faulty or unexpected input to see how the system reacts
• reproduce rare edge-case scenarios under realistic conditions

Because understanding reality matters. In this role you will

• design and implement automated tests
• simulate real-world scenarios
• explore integrations and edge cases
• investigate root causes
• improve system robustness through experimentation

You explore systems. You build what is missing.
