Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing comprehensive testing plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

• Develop and execute manual and automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests

• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data

• Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

• Participate in agile testing, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across products

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and techniques

• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices

• Analyze testing data and provide insights to improve product quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, with good exposure to automation testing

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and Agile principles

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
