General Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled WLAN Test Automation Lead who has strong expertise on building and managing core automation framework. Ability to design and build end-to-end workflow for triggering and running automation test suites from online. Expertise on AI and machine learning models, creating workflows for test use cases, and deploying them on scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in scripting, test automation tools, data bases, web-deployment environments, and a solid understanding of test methodologies. This role involves close collaboration with validation teams, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in test automation and managing teams of 10+ engineers
• Architect, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation
• Extensive programming knowledge using Python/C#
• Experience in creating GUI interfaces and backend solution using .Net. Knowledge of container technologies like Docker / Kubernetes
• Knowledge of SQL & Mongo DB
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and apply them for test optimizations
• Good understanding of WLAN protocols and test methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
• 10+ yrs of relevant experience
