Candidates must be commuting distance to New Freedom, PA, or able to relocate. You will play a critical role in the development and testing of our exciting embedded software systems! How you will do it Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded software. Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements and ensure testability. Conduct reviews of design and requirements to identify potential issues early in the development cycle. Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for identified issues. Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies. What you will need Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of overall experience in software development and testing. 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in manual testing, preferably automated testing. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar. Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG. Prior experience in leading testing efforts for complex embedded systems. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. We cannot provide sponsorship for this position. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
