Role & seniority: Test Manager (mid-to-senior level)

Stack/tools: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.); test management tools; defect tracking systems; scripting languages; test automation frameworks
Develop test strategy and create test plans
Lead and manage the testing team; oversee test execution and monitoring
Manage defects, perform risk assessment, and report/communicate with stakeholders; drive test automation efforts
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Leadership to motivate/grow a testing team; analytical/problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage testing timelines; familiarity with scripting and automation frameworks
Nice-to-haves: Experience scaling testing in fast-growth environments; advanced test automation proficiency
Additional notes: role involves overseeing end-to-end testing on projects, coordinating with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within timeline
