Overview Field Control Analytics is seeking a QA Analyst with a strong focus on AI-driven testing and modern automation practices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI tools to improve test coverage, speed, and overall product quality. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, scalable releases across our platform. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and API-based applications Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend services built in C# Validate database integrity and write queries in PostgreSQL to verify data accuracy Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude and other AI assistants) to accelerate test design, generate edge cases, improve coverage, and enhance documentation Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack Collaborate with developers on defect triage, root cause analysis, and regression prevention Review pull requests and validate changes in Bitbucket Create and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence Track defects, manage workflows, and contribute to sprint planning in Jira Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release validation within AWS-hosted environments Continuously improve QA processes, automation strategies, and AI-driven quality workflows Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in QA testing (manual and/or automation) Strong API testing experience with Postman Experience validating C# backend services Solid understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL Experience working in AWS environments Experience with cross-browser testing tools such as BrowserStack Experience working with Bitbucket repositories and pull request workflows Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance testing workflows Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building or maintaining automated test suites Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience testing AI-driven or data-driven applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who sees AI as part of the professional baseline for QA.
