Testing Lead – Snowflake Migration (Senior)
Location: Santa Clara, CA or willing to travel on-site ≥ 3 days/week
Role Overview
Lead testing strategy and execution for the migration program, ensuring that release criteria are met with minimal defects and high confidence in data integrity and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an end-to-end testing strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and data reconciliation tests. Lead automation of test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines to validate counts, referential integrity, transformation accuracy, and SLAs. Coordinate defect lifecycle management and work with analysts, engineers, and data stewards to achieve quality targets. Monitor test results metrics and provide visibility through dashboards and KPIs tied to readiness and defect trends. Drive pre-production acceptance criteria and sign-offs with clear, measurable thresholds.
Ideal Experience
7+ years in data validation, quality engineering, and migration testing leadership. Strong background in test automation and analytics.
