We are seeking an Autonomous Driving Test Engineer to support the testing, validation, and deployment of robo-delivery systems operating in real-world environments. This role emphasizes on-road testing, system integration, sensor validation, and operational robustness, working closely with software, systems, and operations teams to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable autonomous delivery services.
Role Breakdown: This role focuses on real-world vehicle testing (35%), system integration and sensor validation (25%), and test strategy and validation (20%). It also includes test automation (10%) and cross-functional collaboration (10%) to ensure issues are resolved and system performance is continuously improved.
Develop and execute overall test plans and testing strategies for autonomous driving functions, including on-vehicle robo-delivery testing plans Conduct full-process functional, performance, and reliability testing in accordance with technical standards and design objectives Perform functional integration, joint debugging, performance validation, and acceptance testing of sensors and controllers Conduct system-level testing for assigned functional modules; identify system issues and collaborate with software R&D teams to resolve issues and improve system performance Design test automation solutions based on product and project needs, and develop corresponding testing tools and scripts
