We are hiring an Autonomous Driving Road Test Engineer for a company dedicated to the development and application of autonomous driving technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing road test plans for autonomous vehicles, with a strong background in Linux/Unix systems and 2–3 years of vehicle testing and quality management experience.

Proficient in software testing methodologies and processes, responsible for end-to-end testing and acceptance of human-machine interaction, ride-hailing products, and cloud-based platforms. Design specialized test plans, develop testing tools, analyze and mine autonomous driving test data, and deliver high-quality test reports. Participate in reviews of product requirements, system designs, and key features, providing constructive feedback from testing and quality assurance perspectives.
Requirements Holding bachelor’s degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or a related field. Familiar with Linux/Unix operating systems; knowledge of at least one programming language: C/C++/Python. 2–3 years of testing experience and quality management capabilities; experience with autonomous driving systems or ADAS testing is preferred.
