TCoE Manager – Testing Centre of Excellence We’re looking for an experienced TCoE Manager to lead our central Testing Centre of Excellence and act as the strategic partner to the Head of Testing. This role oversees two critical streams — Test Automation & AI and Metrics & Reporting — driving governance, quality, standardisation, automation maturity, and data‑led transparency across the bank’s testing organisation.

🌟 What You’ll Lead

TCoE Leadership & Governance Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the TCoE and support executive‑level decision making. Own testing standards, frameworks, governance routines, audits, and quality controls. Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations across banking programmes. Test Automation & AI Partner with the Automation & AI Architect to deliver automation and AI initiatives. Govern automation strategy, frameworks, reuse, and productivity outcomes. Drive shift‑left practices and adoption of intelligent QA accelerators. Metrics, KPIs & Reporting Lead the Metrics team responsible for KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, financials, and insights. Govern JIRA workflows, data accuracy, and easyBI reporting. Publish portfolio‑level scorecards, risk indicators, and executive dashboards. Financial & Capacity Governance Manage capacity planning, utilisation, monthly financials, and forecasting for the TCoE. Support annual budget cycles and cost‑optimisation initiatives. Stakeholder Management Engage with LoB Testing Heads, Programme Directors, and Architecture Leads. Facilitate cross‑portfolio quality forums and produce board‑ready reporting. Govern vendor performance, SLAs, compliance, and KPI adherence.

✅ Required Skills & Experience 12–18+ years in Testing/QE with proven experience running a TCoE or Test Governance function. Ability to operate as a senior advisor to the Head of Testing. Strong understanding of automation frameworks, DevOps pipelines, AI‑led testing, and emerging agentic AI concepts. Expertise in JIRA, easyBI, KPIs, quality metrics, and data‑driven reporting. Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder leadership. Banking/financial services experience is essential.
