We are seeking an experienced QA Architect with strong expertise in the Banking, Insurance, or FinTech domain to lead and evolve enterprise-level quality engineering practices. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can design scalable testing architectures, establish a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCOE), and ensure high standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance across web and mobile applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise-wide QA and testing strategies aligned with business goals Establish and lead a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCOE) with standardized tools, processes, and governance Design and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms Architect continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines Define approaches for performance, security, compliance, and integration testing Lead hands-on testing initiatives including automation, API testing, and exploratory testing Design testing strategies for complex financial systems, transactions, and integrations Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting to measure testing effectiveness Collaborate with business and engineering teams to promote a quality-first mindset

What Makes You a Great Fit
