ROLE OVERVIEW Our partner this time is a giant Danish jewelry manufacturer & retailer. We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Test & Defect Lead to support the Programme during the UAT and Regression testing phases. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and stability of SAP implementations within the manufacturing domain. The Test Lead will be primarily responsible for defect management, test coordination, and reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as part of Our Partner Testing Team, reporting directly to the Programme Test Lead. Coordinate testing activities locally in Thai timeline. Coordinate UAT and Regression test execution activities. Ensure defects are logged with complete and accurate information, adhering to agreed standards. Facilitate daily defect triage calls and ensure timely updates and resolutions. Maintain and enforce defect tracking processes and governance standards. Conduct defect triage sessions with development, testing, and business teams. Prioritize defect resolution based on severity, business impact, and urgency. Monitor defect trends and provide regular status reports to Pandora Programme Test Lead Collaborate with SI Partner, cross-functional teams and capture root cause analysis for defects. Escalate critical issues and risks to Pandora Programme Test Lead Support audit and compliance activities related to defect management. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Programme Test Lead, SI partner test SME’s, surrounding system test SME’s, and process owners within the COMPASS Programme. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SAP testing, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and PVT. Very good written and verbal communication skills including use of local language & English as team will communicating across multiple countries Proven track record in defect management and test coordination in large-scale programmes. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray, or Zephyr. Skills & Attributes Minimum 5–8 years of overall testing experience. Proficient in JIRA and test execution tools. Highly organized and structured approach to work. Ability to work independently and within a small, fast-paced team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
