Role & seniority: Senior QA/Quality Governance Lead (ART) responsible for end-to-end quality governance and testing strategy across Temenos programs
Stack/tools: SDLC/STLC expertise; Functional, API, UI, integration, and regression testing; test automation (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, SEAT, Karate); Temenos Retail or Corporate Banking Arrangement Architecture; Tools: JIRA, Git, CI/CD, Postman
Drive end-to-end quality governance within the ART and ensure release readiness by validating quality gates and acceptance criteria
Develop robust end-to-end test strategies/plans; ensure full test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing; identify gaps and risks
Monitor quality metrics, publish OKR compliance reports, collaborate with stakeholders on scope/priorities, and promote continuous testing improvements
Strong SDLC/STLC understanding
Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, API, and UI testing
Test automation experience with at least one tool (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, SEAT, Karate)
Knowledge of Temenos Retail or Corporate Banking Arrangement Architecture
Proficient with JIRA, Git, CI/CD, and Postman; excellent communication and analytical/problem-solving abilities
Experience in testing across banking platforms or open banking contexts
Additional automation tools or scripting skills; prior client-facing stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end quality governance within the ART Analyze and understand business and client requirements thoroughly Develop robust end-to-end test strategies and test plans Ensure full test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing scope, risks, and priorities Monitor quality metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement areas Publish OKR compliance reports to monitor quality adherence in the ART. Identify test gaps, dependencies, and risks and drive timely resolution Ensure release readiness by validating quality gates and acceptance criteria Promote best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Functional, Integration, Regression, API and UI testing experience Automation experience with at least 1 tool (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, SEAT, Karate) Knowledge of Temenos Retail (or) Corporate Banking (Arrangement Architecture)
Tools: JIRA, Git, CI/CD tools, PostMan Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
