Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Change Resources to join our dynamic team, focusing on data change projects within the Finance, Risk, and Treasury departments. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data management, project management, and change management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data change projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Analyze current data processes and identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and change impact assessments. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, mitigating risks associated with data changes. Provide subject matter expertise on data management best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable. Proven experience in managing data change projects within the Finance, Risk, or Treasury domains. Strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and regulatory requirements. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Technically sound in Excel and any data analytical tool, with proficiency in Python being an added advantage. Experience with change management methodologies and best practices.
