Role & seniority: Functional Test leader at Senior Associate / Associate Director / Director level; Platform Quality Assurance
Stack/tools: Functional testing, test planning, test scripts, test scenarios; SIT/UAT coordination; test automation (Auto Simulation Application Test); bug tracking and reporting
Oversee quality and testing of company platforms; plan and align test activities with project schedules; manage QA resources
Coordinate with Project Manager, Product Owner, BA, and developers to prepare SIT/UAT plans; translate requirements and acceptance criteria into test artifacts
Collect, track, and report test results and defects; drive re-tests and prepare test closure reports and user sign-offs
Strong experience in functional testing, test planning, and test execution
Ability to coordinate SIT and UAT with multiple stakeholders; understand business/functional requirements and acceptance criteria

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ เป็นศูนย์กลางในการสนับสนุนและควบคุมคุณภาพของการพัฒนาระบบและ แพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ ของบริษัท โดยมีหน้าที่หลักในการทดสอบระบบ และตรวจสอบว่าแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ มีคุณภาพ และสามารถนำขึ้นใช้งานได้จริง ทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager, Product Owner และทีมพัฒนาระบบ เพื่อจัดทำแผนการทดสอบให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานที่วางไว้ บริหารจัดการ Resource ของทีมในการทดสอบ Platform ต่างๆ ความสำคัญและกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท ทำงานร่วมกับ Business Analyst ในการศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจ Business Requirement & Functional Requirement หรือ Application Story และนำ Business Use Cases และ Acceptance Criteria มาจัดทำแผน (Test Planning / Test Script / Test Scenarios) ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาระบบ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการทดสอบระบบ System Integration Test (SIT) และ ประสานงานกับผู้ใช้งาน (Business User) ในการวางแผนและดำเนินการทำ User Acceptance Test (UAT) ประสานงานรวบรวมผลการทดสอบ / ติดตามสถานะการ Fix Bug และประสานงานเพื่อ Re-Test พร้อมทั้งสรุปรายงานผลการทดสอบและข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ (Bugs & Issues Report) เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข ในขั้นตอน SIT และ UAT สรุปผลการทดสอบ SIT และประสานงานจัดทำ User Sign-Off สำหรับการทดสอบ UAT สนับสนุนและควบคุมคุณภาพในการทดสอบระบบ โดยการทำ Auto Simulation Application Test และประสานงานเพื่อติดตามแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบงานในความดูแล และปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
