Role & seniority: Test and Validation Engineer (mid-level)
Stack/tools: SSD/memory validation; Python, Java, C++; scripting (Python, Perl); automated test frameworks; JIRA; industry standards (JEDEC, OCP, NVMe, PCIe); AI/deep-learning tooling for testing
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports based on product requirements and standards
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks for SSD validation
Execute functional, endurance, and stress tests; analyze results; log and track defects; collaborate with NAND, FW, SoC, and other validation teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Foundation in system-level validation; familiarity with AI, memory, storage protocols
Experience with validation tools and scripting (Python, Perl)
Ability to learn advanced testing platforms including deep-learning-based tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
Experience with AI/ML-enabled validation approaches
Knowledge of SSD, memory, and AI technologies and industry test methodologies
