Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 / year
Role & seniority: Test and Validation Engineer (mid-level), full-time.
Stack/tools: SSD/memory/AI validation; Python, Java, C++; automated test scripts and frameworks; JIRA; industry standards (JEDEC, OCP, NVMe, PCIe); familiarity with AI, memory, and storage protocols; deep-learning–based testing tools.
Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and reports aligned with product requirements and standards.
Design/maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for SSD validation; execute functional, endurance, and stress tests.
Analyze results, log defects, track issues to resolution, and collaborate with NAND, FW, SoC, and other validation teams; enhance automation and test coverage.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field.
System-level validation foundation; experience with AI/memory/storage protocols.
Proficiency in Python or Perl; scripting and automation; ability to learn deep-learning–based testing platforms.
Strong analytical/problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.
Experience with automated validation frameworks, advanced AI-driven lab tooling, or newer AI/SSD technologies.
Familiarity with JIRA workflow and test data management.
Knowledge of NVMe, PCIe, JEDEC, and related industry standards beyond basics.
