Lead Test Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective test methods and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software systems across all product development and manufacturing phases. Acts as a cross-functional technical expert and team lead, owning test strategies, fixtures, equipment, and protocols for new and existing diagnostic products.
Provide technical leadership: coordinate and lead test activities, support personnel, and drive high product quality and continuous improvement. Communicate progress, schedules, risks, budgets, and resource needs to stakeholders. Partner with Product Management and domain experts to influence product design, quality, and testability; identify product improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with Design Assurance, Regulatory, Clinical, and other key functions; lead cross-functional test-related initiatives. Identify and drive adoption of best practices and new technologies in software, hardware, and systems testing. Mentor and guide peers to support learning, development, and knowledge transfer.
