Responsibilities Lead the Exploration and Integration of AI in Testing. You will research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and coverage of our testing processes, empowering the team to work faster and smarter. Represent and Uphold the Quality Gate. As the key stakeholder for quality, you will partner with engineering and product teams to define and maintain quality standards, ensuring that all releases meet our criteria for excellence. Mentor the Team and Foster a Culture of Quality. You will provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers across our global offices, fostering their professional growth and promoting a shared sense of ownership for product quality throughout the company. Develop and Evolve the Overall Test Strategy. You will design, implement, and continuously improve our testing strategy for a complex microservices architecture, effectively balancing release velocity with long-term product stability.

Main Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
• Experience or a demonstrable passion for applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance testing processes (e.g., for visual testing, self-healing scripts, or test data generation).
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing test automation strategies from the ground up.
• A strong, practical understanding of the testing pyramid and its application in building efficient test suites.
• Solid experience with API testing and testing complex client-server applications.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI) for test automation.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and test management systems (e.g., Allure Ops).
