Join our Team About this Opportunity As a 5G RAN Verification Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end system quality, validating that our products meet 3GPP standards, customer requirements, and Ericsson’s high reliability expectations.
Solid understanding and hands-on configuration management workflows, including: Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
Practical experience with UE and network test tools, including: TM500, Qualcomm UE, QxDM, Wireshark for protocol and IP-layer analysis Strong skills in log analysis, trace analysis, and protocol debugging at system level. Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, latency, packet loss, throughput). Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-site, and globally distributed teams. Nice to have Exposure to Cloud-Native RAN, virtualization, containers, or Kubernetes-based deployments.
