Role & seniority: QA/UAT Tester (IC2)
Stack/tools: SDLC/STLC; SQL across multiple tables/views; test case/UAT checklist development and maintenance; defect tracking/reporting (preferably JIRA); release coordination/support; familiarity with automation (Selenium, TestNG) and CI/CD exposure (nice-to-have)
Design, execute, and document functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across applications and banking solutions
Validate releases and support deployment through cross-team collaboration
Manage defect tracking/reporting and drive continual process improvement within SDLC/STLC
4–8 years software/application testing experience
Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC
Ability to interpret business requirements into test scopes and scenarios
Proficient in developing test cases, UAT checklists, and supporting documentation
Hands-on functional and scenario-based testing; SQL proficiency
Strong defect tracking/reporting skills (JIRA or similar)
Experience coordinating release cycles, sign-offs, and deployment support
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication; strong attention to detail
Experience in capital markets domain
Familiarity with Selenium/TestNG automation
Exposure to CI/CD environments and modern testing pipelines
