Role & seniority: Test Lead / Quality Owner with hands-on testing and leadership responsibilities (7+ years automotive/embedded testing; 2+ years in a lead role).
Stack/tools: Connected vehicle features (FOTA/OTA), MQTT, DLT logs, CAN/CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet & DoIP; vehicle ↔ backend ↔ app end-to-end testing; HIL/bench testing; basic REST API/JSON (nice-to-have).
Own test strategy, planning, and quality readiness for connected features; lead manual testing across vehicle, backend, and app; review/approve test cases, regression scope, results, and release decisions.
Validate end-to-end flows (Vehicle ↔ Backend ↔ App); drive OTA quality (pre/post-OTA checks, regression, rollback validation).
Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, risk assessment; prepare/present test reports (progress, coverage, defects, Go/No-Go); mentor testers and ensure process compliance.
7+ years automotive/embedded testing; 2+ years in a Test Lead/Quality Owner role.
Strong hands-on experience with connected vehicle features, FOTA/OTA, Automotive Ethernet & DoIP.
Proficient in MQTT, DLT, CAN/CAN FD; test planning/execution, coverage, quality tracking, reporting; vehicle/bench/HIL testing; English communication.
