We are seeking an experienced Quality Test Engineer with strong functional testing expertise in accounting and finance applications to support a critical engagement on the Acurity platform. This role suits a hands-on tester who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys working closely with developers and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Previous experience supporting testing initiatives for Superannuation clients or similar financial services environments will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Review business and technical requirements to provide clear, timely feedback Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities Execute functional, regression, and system testing Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify system requirements Monitor debugging and retesting outcomes Continuously improve testing processes and approaches Stay current with emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
