We’re seeking an experienced QA Analyst to work with one of the telecom leader and industry expert with strong expertise in wireless device testing, protocol validation, and cross‑platform application testing. This role involves deep hands‑on work with iOS/Android devices, 4G/5G technologies, and network‑level behavior, supporting fast‑paced lab and field testing environments.
Key Responsibilities Perform device testing and certification for iOS & Android across 4G, 5G (SA/NSA/mmWave), VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS/SMS/MMS. Validate protocol‑level call flows (RRC, NAS) in various network/mobility scenarios. Conduct cross‑platform testing for mobile & web applications across OS versions and browsers. Execute manual and automation‑ready test cases for device, application, and network‑driven flows. Collect and analyze device logs using QXDM, XCAP, XCAL, and similar tools. Use Keysight UXM or equivalent network simulators for signaling and protocol testing. Communicate issues clearly with OEMs, chipset vendors, and internal engineering teams. Support regression cycles, lab testing, field testing, and Agile development processes.
Required Skills 5+ years in wireless device testing & certification (lab + field). Strong understanding of 4G/5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS/SMS/MMS, and telecom architecture.
