Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Automation Engineer to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing operation of network automation solutions within Cisco-based data center and enterprise network environments. This role requires solid technical proficiency in automation technologies, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high availability, performance, and operational efficiency across automated network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities Network Automation & Orchestration

Implement, configure, and support network automation and orchestration platforms, primarily Cisco solutions such as

• Cisco NSO
• ThousandEyes
• Cisco MANO
• Cisco EPNM
• Cisco CNC
• Cisco SPIS
• AppDynamics
• Splunk (development and integration)
• Develop and enhance automation workflows, scripts, and APIs to streamline network operations and reduce manual tasks.
• Support integration initiatives to ensure seamless interoperability between automation platforms and existing infrastructure.
• Operational Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide Level 2 technical support for automation platforms and associated network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to vendors when required.
• Perform routine maintenance, system validation, upgrades, and patching.
• Monitor network performance and availability using automation and observability tools.
• Analyze operational data and proactively identify potential risks or performance bottlenecks.
• Observability & Log Management
• Support log management, observability, and operational analytics in large-scale environments.
• Integrate Splunk with network devices, automation platforms, and monitoring tools.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in automation and monitoring practices.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
