We’re partnering with a global consultancy delivering a major enterprise programme for a leading international healthcare organisation in Barcelona. They’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of automation quality across a modern digital platform.
This is an on-site role working in a fast-paced Agile environment, supporting multiple feature streams and ensuring quality is embedded from refinement through to release.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing Designing and implementing automated tests across API, integration, and end-to-end layers Testing modern React SPA applications within API-driven architectures Validating REST APIs (request/response contracts, authentication flows, error handling, backend & external integrations) Building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for early defect detection and regression coverage Validating complex user journeys and ensuring frontend/backend data consistency Debugging across frontend, backend, and environment layers using logs, network analysis, and automation diagnostics Contributing to test strategy, risk identification, and release readiness within Agile ceremonies
