Role Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead the Quality Assurance function across our fintech products. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you will design and implement QA processes, build automation frameworks, and lay the foundation for a scalable QA team. As the first QA hire, you will play a critical role in improving product quality, reducing risk, and enabling safe and predictable releases.

Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong automation focus Proven experience building QA processes from scratch Strong experience in test automation for APIs and backend services Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, Postman, or similar) Experience integrating QA automation with CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and build teams
