Top 3 responsibilities

Conduct thorough QA testing of WordPress sites across devices/browsers; identify and document bugs, UI issues, and functional problems
Verify design specs, content accuracy, responsiveness, accessibility; review formatting, links, and SEO basics
Collaborate with developers/project managers to prioritize and resolve issues; maintain test reports and refine QA processes; ensure correct tracking code implementations

Must-have skills

Proven website QA experience; preferably in a digital agency
Strong WordPress familiarity; Elementor experience beneficial
Understanding of responsive design, usability, pixel perfection
Experience with QA tools (BrowserStack, Screaming Frog or equivalents)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and SEO best practices
Excellent communication and documentation; high attention to detail; ability to work independently

Nice-to-haves

Prior digital agency environment experience
Experience auditing content for formatting and quality
Track/analytics implementation experience beyond basics

Door & Gate Domination is a results-driven digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Website QA Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our WordPress websites are free of errors, function flawlessly, and deliver a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.

As our Senior Website QA, you’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and content teams to test and validate site functionality, performance, and responsiveness before launch.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for WordPress websites across different devices and browsers.
Identify and document bugs, UI inconsistencies, and functional issues.
Verify that websites meet design specs, content accuracy, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
Perform cross-browser and mobile testing to ensure compatibility.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to prioritize and resolve issues before deployment.
Review website content for formatting, grammar, broken links, and SEO basics.
Test website speed, responsiveness, and performance using industry-standard tools.
Ensure proper implementation of tracking codes (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
Maintain detailed test reports and help refine internal QA processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in website QA or similar roles, preferably in a digital agency setting.
Strong understanding of WordPress websites, Elementor experience is a plus.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and website usability.
Eye for design accuracy, pixel perfection, and content formatting.
Experience using QA tools like BrowserStack, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Schedule

Full-time position (Remote)
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST
