Responsibilities Oversee MEP coordination by reviewing contract documents, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications. Lead and manage the full commissioning (Cx) process, including commissioning software, issue tracking, and system documentation. Ensure equipment quality from submittals through logistics, installation, testing, startup, and final commissioning, including approval of MOPs and energizations. Conduct inspections, equipment walk-downs, FOK reviews, and root cause analysis while collaborating with project teams and mentoring staff.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction/QA/QC/commissioning. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering favored. Comprehensive knowledge of MEP and low-voltage systems. Proven ability to manage relationships with owner's reps, technical teams & client needs.
