Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will own the end-to-end quality strategy for key product areas. You will lead and mentor QA teams, drive automation-first practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable B2C products. This role requires strong technical depth along with proven people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of QA/SDET engineers across multiple product pods
Define and drive the overall QA and automation strategy
Build and scale robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Java
Establish best practices for test planning, execution, and release quality
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
Drive shift-left testing, CI/CD quality gates, and test automation coverage
Monitor product quality metrics and continuously improve release confidence
Mentor team members through code reviews, test reviews, and technical guidance
Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing tools to improve productivity and coverage
