As a Lead Consultant – Product Quality Assurance at Evonsys, you will take full ownership of quality leadership for large-scale product initiatives or platforms. You will define quality architecture, lead high-impact testing strategies, and influence engineering, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality into the software delivery lifecycle. You will drive scalable automation, oversee non-functional quality initiatives (performance, security, accessibility), and guide a team of QA professionals toward measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for those who blend technical QA depth with cross-functional leadership.
Automation & Technical Excellence Architect robust, scalable automation frameworks and testing pipelines across API, UI, performance, and integration layers. Partner with DevOps to implement shift-left testing practices and test coverage monitoring within CI/CD pipelines. Benchmark test performance and reliability, proactively tuning for continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Serve as the quality representative in program-level ceremonies, architectural councils, and release planning meetings. Act as the escalation point for critical defects or quality concerns during release execution. Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to manage quality budgets, timelines, and test environments.
People Leadership & Mentoring Mentor senior consultants, consultants, and junior QA staff on testing principles, tool adoption, and test engineering excellence. Lead quality workshops and internal initiatives that strengthen organizational QA capabilities. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and succession planning within the QA function.
