Identify quality control points, develop and implement quality control plans, monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements;
Participate in establishing and continuously improving the company's quality management system, organize and conduct internal training to enhance employees' quality awareness and skill levels, and promote the development of the company's quality culture;
Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during R&D and manufacturing, propose improvement measures to ensure product quality stability. Participate in new product design and development, establish quality standards and testing plans to ensure new products meet quality requirements;
Track and analyze product quality data, develop improvement plans and drive their implementation;
Conduct supplier evaluation and management to ensure raw materials, components, and finished products supplied by external vendors meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency in one of the following fields: Gas Engineering and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Control, Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering;
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across departments;
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to frontline work environments;
Exhibit strong ambition and accountability, continuously striving for self-improvement;
Possess keen insight to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in manufacturing companies is advantageous. Additionally, we seek candidates with strong service orientation and teamwork spirit, who are diligent, responsible, and committed to their duties.
