Design and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies and ensure software solutions meet business needs. Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for robust product testing. Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve software defects efficiently. Contribute to building and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline to optimize test script execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end service flows.
Skills
Minimum of 10 years in software quality assurance with strong experience in test automation tools like Cypress and Selenium. Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as jMeter and familiarity with JavaScript, Typescript, and Java. Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and UI/API automation for web applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for independent work.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and agile, cloud-based project delivery. Knowledge of Salesforce and a strong understanding of automation best practices.
