Responsibilities Review and analyze product requirements, specifications, and supporting documentation to define QA scope and risks. Design, maintain, and continuously improve test plans and test cases (including regression), applying analytical/critical thinking and organizational standards. Plan and execute quality control activities aligned with methodologies/standards, ensuring coverage of functionality, security, performance, scalability, and usability. Execute tests across environments (including production when required), isolate root causes, and validate fixes. Document, report, and track defects, test cycles/iterations, results, and overall QA status. Collaborate with development and QA stakeholders to reproduce issues, resolve defects, and keep testing aligned with product needs. Communicate QA progress, outcomes, and risks to relevant stakeholders; support multi-project execution with autonomy and prioritization. Contribute to team growth by maintaining QA knowledge assets, onboarding/training new QA members, and performing competitive/benchmark analysis to propose improvements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in quality assurance. Solid technical skills and experience in designing test scenarios and test cases for complex systems.Experience with AI Development Tools, such as Cursor Be competent at writing automated tests with Playwright / Typescript Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) / TDD (Test Driven Development). Solid experience in front-end, APIs, web services, and database testing. Experience with test management systems like JIRA, X-Ray, etc. Solid experience working with Agile methodologies.
