Role & seniority: AML/KYC Test Lead (senior/lead) within the AML/KYC Product Delivery Team
Stack/tools: Agile framework; Jira (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria); Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Confluence; test automation support; API testing; collaboration with Product Owners, BAs, and tech teams
Lead end-to-end UAT for AML/KYC initiatives, ensuring alignment with criteria and regulatory standards

As part of the Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) Product Delivery Team, the AML/KYC Test Lead will play a key role in driving agile testing practices. The Test Lead will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Management, and technology partners within an agile framework to support the delivery of AML/KYC product initiatives. This includes participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure testing activities are seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle. The Test Lead will analyze epics and user stories to understand system impacts, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate continuous testing and feedback. End-to-end testing will leverage iterative, collaborative approaches to trigger, track, and validate expected results, ensuring enhancements meet business objectives and quality standards.
