Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing) | 3–5 years experience; Independent Contractor (12 months)
Stack/tools: Manual testing; SDLC and QA methodologies; test case management and defect tracking (Jira, TestRail); automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) - optional; collaboration with cross-functional teams
Design, develop, and execute manual test cases from requirements
Identify, document, and track defects; ensure quality throughout SDLC
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; contribute to test planning and reporting
3–5 years in software QA, focused on manual testing
Strong test case design, defect reporting, and attention to detail
Familiarity with SDLC, QA methodologies, and test management tools
Excellent communication and teamwork; strong analytical abilities
