Company’s industry: manufactures and supplies equipment solutions for the retail, logistics and service industries.

Working location: District 7, HCM City

Working time: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday: wfh if needed ABOUT THIS POSITION Design and execute comprehensive test plans across multiple platforms, browsers, and devices Apply inverting thinking to identify edge cases and scenarios that traditional testing might miss Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts Ensure consistent functionality across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), and operating systems Act as a guardian of business requirements throughout the development lifecycle Document test cases, defects, and results with precision and clarity Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality standards REQUIREMENTS Technical Skills

Programming: Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar)

Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks

Task & Ticket Management: Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (TFS), Trello, or similar project management platforms

Design & Specification Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe XD, or Zeplin to verify implementation accuracy against design specs

Database: Have experience with at least one of these databases: MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB

Testing Tools: TestRail, Postman, Jmeter, Git, Jira for test case documentation, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Cross-Platform Testing: Experience testing across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems

Testing Types & Methodologies: Have an understanding of various testing types and their characteristics: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Performance Testing, API Testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Soft Skills

Extreme Attention to Detail: Perfection-oriented with zero-tolerance for quality compromises
